Commercial Audits

Even with appropriate policies and training, it is important to identify any weaknesses, whether in systems or personnel. Mistakes are usually only identified after  a problem has occurred.

We carry out audits to assess how companies award or tender for contracts with a view to identifying any weaknesses and remedial action to rectify  the same.

Audits can be relatively informal and unobtrusive and result in written recommendations for correcting any weaknesses.

• Are contracts placed on correct terms
• Are contract terms as per internal authorisations?
• Review contract award procedures and contract terms (whether buyers or sellers)
