Our principal adviser is Tony Ventrella. He graduated in law from Sheffield University in 1977, was called to the Bar by Lincolns Inn in July 1978 and was awarded a MA in Business Law in 1981.

From November 1978-September 2008 he was an Employed Barrister, having varied roles in industry but all focusing on contractual issues, product liability and disputes resolution.

Since October 2008 he has worked exclusively for Ventrella Associates Ltd, providing advice and training on contractual matters and disputes resolution.

Tony has worked with a number of prominent lawyers both in the UK and overseas having been a member of the ORGALIME LEGAL Affairs Committee for many years.

Having worked “in house” for over 20 years, he is ideally placed to offer commercially based, pragmatic advice to companies of all sizes.

In order to provide a consultancy and advisory service to clients, he is designated a Non Practising Barrister. As a non practising Barrister, he is not required to and does not hold a Practising Certificate. There are limitations under the Barristers Code of Conduct on work that can be undertaken on behalf of clients and he is not fully regulated by the Bar Council so there are no compensatory powers in the event that you are dissatisfied with the services provided.
