Ventrella Associates is a specialist legal consultancy focussing on providing legal advice on commercial contracts, disputes support, training and advice.

Principal Adviser 

Tony Ventrella has an LL.B (Hons) in Law, an MA in Business Law and was called to the Bar in 1978.

A strong, commercially focussed lawyer, he has extensive experience of contracts in the civil and civil engineering industries,  the power sector and the oil and gas, both in the UK and elsewhere.

Tony was responsible for maintaining contract conditions  EB/BEAMA, negotiated Form G90, contracts with National Power, Powergen and Nuclear Electric.

Non Practising Barristers:

• Do not require a Practising Certificate.

• Are limited  under the Barristers Code of Conduct on  work that can be undertaken on behalf of clients  (mainly relating  to court work).

• Are not fully regulated by the Bar Council so that there are no compensatory powers  in the event that you are dissatisfied with the services provided (though they still retain rights to claim  for negligent advice).
